Prompt Improver — Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the free Prompt Improver tool available on alejandroberdonces.com. By using it, you agree to the following.
What does this tool do?
You enter a goal and some context, and the tool generates an improved prompt using Google's generative AI model (Gemini). It's a free utility, no sign-up or account required.
What happens to what you write
What you write is sent to Google (Gemini) to generate the prompt. On the free tier we use, Google may use that content to improve its models, including human review in some cases. Don't enter personal data, confidential information, or anything you wouldn't want reaching a third party.
What we store and what we don't
We store, anonymously, the goal, the context, and the generated prompt, along with any rating you give it (optional, 1 to 5 stars). We don't store your IP address, our own cookies, or any data that identifies you. This data is kept for up to 12 months and used only to improve the tool.

Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to aberdonces@gmail.com. Since we don't store any identifier, to locate your record we'll need you to tell us the approximate text you wrote and the date you used the tool.
No guarantees
The tool is provided "as is", free of charge, with no guarantee of results. The generated prompt is a suggestion, not professional advice, and you should review it before using it.
Limitation of liability
Alejandro Berdonces Corroto assumes no liability for use of this tool by third parties or anyone other than himself. This includes, among other things, content entered by the user, how the generated prompt is used, and any damage, loss, or consequence — direct or indirect — arising from improper, fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized use of the tool. Use of the tool is the sole responsibility of the person using it.
Responsible use
Don't use it to enter third parties' personal data, illegal content, or to try to overload it, manipulate it, or bypass its usage limits. We may block access if we detect abusive use.
Legal basis
This processing is based on your consent when using the tool (GDPR art. 6.1.a).
