Terms of Genio del Prompting PRO

1. Who provides the service

2. What it is and how much it costs

A €9 monthly subscription, with automatic renewal, that generates prompts tailored to the model and content type you choose, using a personal license key.

3. Payment

It is handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record: invoicing, VAT and payment processing are carried out by Lemon Squeezy, not Alejandro Berdonces Corroto.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal ("My Orders"). Access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email aberdonces@gmail.com from your purchase email address; the refund is processed through Lemon Squeezy.

6. Data protection

Data controller: Alejandro Berdonces Corroto (details in section 1).
Purpose: to generate the prompt you request and manage your subscription.
Legal basis: performance of the subscription contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); for billing data, compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Recipients: Google (Gemini), to generate the prompt — at this paid tier it does not use your data to train models (Google's terms, "Paid Services"); Lemon Squeezy, for payment and license validation; Cloudflare, as technical infrastructure.
Retention: your goal, context and generated prompt are not stored; only a technical identifier for your license is kept while it remains active.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by emailing aberdonces@gmail.com.

7. Limitation of liability

Alejandro Berdonces Corroto is not responsible for how you use the generated prompt or for the consequences of using it.
